Skyrim Builds - Angemon / Angewomon

Approach: Paladin / Holy Maiden

Race: Imperial (Voice of the Emperor) or
          Nord (Battle Cry)

Main Abilities:
          Warhammer / Bow
          Restoration Spells
          Shock Spells

Must Perks:
          All Weapons Perks
Necromage / Regeneration / Recovery / Respite / Avoid Death

Equipment Suggestion:
          Steel Plate Helmet (Angelic Look)
          Elven/Glass Warhammer (for Angemon)
Auriel's Bow + Sunhallowed Arrows (for Angewomon)

Notes: Dawnguard DLC recommended, it adds some Restoration Spells that damage Undead, making it more fun to use.
Use Enchantments According to your Playstyle, for instance, I prefer Fortify Destruction or Magicka Regen, even though I use a lot of weapon Attacks.
Enchant your Bow with Frost Damage to Slow enemies down, making easy to hit them.
Try using Deadly Aim with the Bow (Angewomon) and Improve your Smithing skill when using Heavy Weapons/Armor (Angemon).

If you are going to use the Storm Call Shout, beware that it may kill NPCs.

Skyrim Builds - Raziel

Approach - Bound Sword Battlemage Dualwielding

Race:
Redguard (Adrenaline Rush - Stamina pool)
           Breton (Dragonskin - Mana Absorb)

Main Abilities:
           Bound Sword (your Soul Reaver)
           One-Handed Weapons
           Heavy Armor

Must Perks:
Mystic Binding / Soul Stealer / Oblivion Binding

Daedric Sword with Absorb Stamina and Absorb Health or Paralyze

Notes:
Bound Weapons use less Stamina on Power Attacks
Use a Bound Sword in one Hand and any Other One-Handed Weapon in the other, Later in the Game, your Smithing Skills will create  powerful weapons, this way you will not limit your damage as you would if Dual Wield Two Bound Swords.

Skyrim Builds - Psycho Mantis / Loki

Approach: Invisible Trickster

Race: Imperial (Voice of the Emperor)

Abilities: Illusion Spells (Mainly Frenzy)
Summons for Distraction and Bound Bow

Must Perks:
All Illusion Tree, Specially Silent Cast
                Mystic Binding / Summoner
                Overdraw  from Archery Tree
Stealth and Deadly Aim from Sneak Tree

Equipment Suggestion:
Head: Helm of Yngol or the Masque of  Clavicus Vile (Loki Helmet) or a
Dragon Priest Mask (Psycho Mantis look)
                Feet: Muffled Boots

Notes: Archery Perks Affects Bound Bow
Illusions don't work on Dragons. Unless you have a Follower, you want to distract him with Summons and use Sneak Bow Attacks on it. Alternatively you can Dual Cast a Destruction Spell with Impact.
Before you get Master of the Mind, your illusions won't work on undead, daedra and automatons, Muffle and Bow can help you with that.
When Doing Dungeons At Low Levels, if there is only One Enemy Left and you "can't" kill him, cast Calm and use Sneak Attack or cast Fear and he will flee toward others enemies direction.
There is one Staff of Lightning Bolts for you to steal in the College of Winterhold (Hall of Countenance - Colette's Room) for Emergencies.

Skyrim Builds - Eve (Parasite Eve)

Approach: Summoner / Pyromancer

Races:
Dark Elf (Ancestor's Wrath ) or
            Wood Elf (Animal Control)

Main Abilities:
           Conjuration - Summons and Necromancy
           Destruction - Fire Spells

Must Perks:
Summoner / Atromacy / Elemental Potency / Twins Soul
Dual Cast / Impact / Augmented Flames / Intense Flames
Quiet Casting and Aspect of Terror from Illusion Tree

Equipment Suggestion:
          Body: Red Dress (Clothes)
Head: Dragonscale Helmet or Jagged Crown

Notes: With Quiet Casting and the 2 Summoner Perks, you can finish Difficult dungeon without the  enemies even seeing You. I don't even use Fortify Conjuration with this build and never had problems with mana.
Use the Atronach Forge under the College of Winterhold to obtain Powerful Summons at the beginning (Frost Atronach - Frost Salt, Ruined Book, Frost Mirriam, Ice Wolf Pelt / Storm Atronach - Void Salt, Ruined Book, Deathbell, Mammoth Tusk), Most ingredients you can find within the College of Winterhold.

Optional: Become a Vampire Lord if you think is Worth it

Skyrim Builds - Celes Chere

Approach: Ice Mage / Spellsword Hybrid

Race:
Nord (Ice Themed Race - It looks just like her) or
         Breton (Dragonskin - Mana Absorption)

Main Abilities:
Destruction - Novice Spells + all Ice Spells and Runes
Conjuration - Elemental Summons and Bound Weapons

Must Perks:
Dual Casting / Impact / Augmented Frost / Deep Freeze / Rune Master
Mystic Binding / Soul Stealer / Oblivion Binding

Equipment Suggestion:
          Head - Enchanted Circlets
          Body - Light Armors
          Hands - Hide Bracer

Notes: The Nords and Bretons  resistance to Frost will lower the damage of the Master Spell Blizzard due to a bug (The Lower YOURS Frost resistance Is, the Greater is the Spell Damage), But I can't see Celes if not as a Nord.

Even with many enemies having resistance to Frost, you can still breeze through them just easy with Impact Perk, For Enemies Immune to Frost, Bound weapons and Summons will do the trick.

Skyrim Builds - The Black Mage

Approach : The Lord of Destruction

Race: Altmer - High Elf

Main Abilities:
              Destruction
Elemental Summons for Support at the beginning
              Enchanting

Must Perks:
          All Destruction Tree, Specially Impact

Equipment Suggestion:
Robes and Hoods

Notes: If you want to solo without dying countless time, invest in Enchant the Sooner you can, Even a low Level Enchanted Set of Ring/Necklace/Circlet with 8% Fortify Destruction each and a Novice Robe of Destruction can make your mana last enough to clear a room full of enemies.
There is a Thalmor Robe with Fortify Destruction for you to Disenchant near Riverwood in Talos Shrine (At the Beginning of the Game).
When your Mana is Empty, if you have a Magicka Boost Equipment, take it off and Equip it again to Instantly regain some Mana.

Skyrim Builds - Jenova

Approach: Mind Controlling/Black Mage/Necromancer Hybrid Bitch

Race:
Bosmer - Wood Elf (Command Animal) or
Dunmer - Dark Elf (just for Skin Tone)

          Illusion - Fury/Frenzy Spells
          Destruction Spells
Conjuration - Necromancy / Dremora Lord

Must Perks:  Aspect of Terror / Rage / Master of Minds / Dual Casting / Animage / Kindred Mage
Dual Casting / Impact / Augmented Flames / Intense Flames
                     Necromancy / Summoner

Equipments Suggestion :
Head - Falmer Helmet / Dragon Priest Mask or Circlets

Notes: if you want a Jenova Doll (Machine Appearance) look, equip a Dragon Priest Mask.
if not, use the Falmer Helmet or a Circlet to Simulate her Headgear.
(The Falmer Helmet can be used with the Masks, but will not be displayed, however the same thing do not happen with the Circlet)

Remember that Enchanting is a Must for all Mages build, and if you can Master those 3 Skill Lines the better.
